A private car driver injured some students and a traffic police while failing to showing the papers at the road ahead of Tiger Garden at 3pm. After the students got angry, they took the motorcycle about 10 kilometer and caught the vehicle from Fulbari gate area.
Two people without paper peddling injured seven students and one traffic police for demanding safe road in Khulna.
On August 2, the incident took place in the city’s Tiger Garden and Sheikhpara area on Thursday afternoon.
The injured were identified as Mehdi Hasan Abu Zar, a student of Khulna Commercial College (Khulna Commercial College), Mihan student of Boyra Model College, Rafid Hasan of class VIII of Aga Khan School, Student Raju of Mohsin College and ATM Abu Toufiq of traffic police Abu Solaiman. Khan Jahan Ali Science and Technology Md. Zahid, Rafid Islam, a student of the government’s Sundarban College, and Rajhe School of School, Rafid Islam.
Witnesses said a private car driver, some students and one traffic police were injured in the attack, leaving the papers in front of Tiger Garden at 3pm. After the students got angry, they took the motorcycle about 10 kilometer and caught the vehicle from Fulbari gate area. But the truck driver ran away.
On the other side, one car of Khulna Development Authority (KDA) , hit three protesters in Shahepara area at 4 pm. The injured were initially given medical treatment.
