On Monday afternoon, the North South University authorities announced the closure of the university for two consecutive times and the authorities of the East West University for two days.
North-South and East-West University has been closed for the attack and clashes in the capital’s Bashundhara area demanding a safe road.
On 6th of August, the North South University authorities on Monday afternoon announced the closure of the University for two days and the East West University authorities for two days.
A North South University official said, “The students are being informed by SMS.”
And a declaration made on the website of the East West University said that due to inevitable the universities will be closed on 7 and 8 August.
Earlier, on December 12, the protesters started protesting in front of Bashundhara gate. When they blocked the road, traffic on both sides was stopped. At that time, angry students vandalized the car. Police rushed to the spot and clashed with protesters.
